
Yorkshire Brides and Grooms fayres consistently attract 600-1200 visitors; typically 120-230 Brides-to-Be, plus grooms bridesmaids and family. This allows you to introduce your wedding service or product to the optimum number of customers in just one day. All of our Fairs are extensively promoted and professionally run. They are advertised using the internet, the local press and radio as appropriate, in Yorkshire Brides and Grooms, posters banners and AA style road signs as well as some Natioal Wedding Magazines.
The cost of exhibing at one of our Wedding Fayres is just £45, this price includes:
- A 6ft space with table and cloth (extra charge will be given if you require extra space)
- Inclusion of your literature in the Bridal information packs
- Copy of the mail list after the event
- Your details on our website
To confirm your booking you must pay the full amount at least a month before the event, spaces are always limited so its first come first served.

The Wedding Fayres are open to the public from 10am until 4pm, all tough exhibitors can arrive to set up from 9am or sometimes the day before.
At venues with sufficient space we hold several short Fashion Shows during the day. Any of the exhibitors at the fayre are welcome to participate in the shows, whether it is decorating the catwalk with balloons, supplying bouquets for the models to carry, or showing bridal gowns or menswear.
We also make up posters for each venue we do, so you can put up the posters in your shop/business, you can just print them out or if you wanted professional ones contact me and we can send you some out.
